The editing process for Disc 1 and Disc 2 of Techniques Berlin's Breathing album is complete. The tracks are currently being uploaded to the Nadanna label for mastering and the album will hit shelves in early NOVEMBER!

 

Band member Andreas Gregor had some thoughts to share:

 

It is hard to believe that tonight 17 months of hard work have drawn to a close! While there were far too many nights with very little sleep, and a lot of challenges had to be overcome, it has been a very exciting and rewarding time in our lives. We’ll cherish the memories we made working on “Breathing”. I know that this album will always be a reminder of the people we met during this time period; the wonderful people that encouraged us, believed in us and helped us along the way.

In the process of producing and recording the Techniques Berlin album, I must have heard all of the tracks hundreds of times, maybe more. Yet once finished, I listened to it, and it felt like it was someone else's creation. It felt as though I was listening to a new record that I just picked up for the first time. It was really strange...

I’ve never felt so excited and emotional hearing those songs before! Maybe that is my brain's way of telling me that it is complete, that I've done my best, that we did our best... By appreciating it for what it is for the first time, instead of looking what still needs to be done.
